My husband went into the hospital today. I tried eating healthy but really wanted to munch. I eat when I'm nervous.
I bought pistachios figuring it was the something I could munch on. I still went over in carbs today but at least it was healthy carbs. I think it could have been much worse.

Best wishes to you and your husband, Stress is a normal reason for people to binge etc. So i think you have done well to stay on the diet to any degree.

prayers! If you can be near a restroom, I just keep drinking water so I don't munch. It's the only thing that works for me. I'd eat nonstop if I could.
