I am a wife, and mother of two beautiful grown daughters, and have 5 gorgeous granddaughters! I am very blessed and am grateful to God for the wonderful family and friends he has put in my life. I have struggled with my weight pretty much all my life. It is now causing health issues and just becoming such a hindrance to who I am and who I want to be. I want to be able to move freely without being out of breath or in pain! I want to play with my granddaughters and not feel my heart racing. So, I have a plan. I want to lose 50lbs about 3 times! Phase 1 Revamping my diet to basically a Paleo Diet with my doctor's supervision. Phase 1 also includes establishing a routine exercise plan. Phase 2 The 2nd 50lbs. Fine tuning my nutrition and increasing exercise and endurance. Develop variety in both nutrition and exercise. Phase 3 3rd 50lbs. Keep steady with my program, try new forms of exercise, keeps foods whole and natural but try new recipes so as not to get bored. I have to be careful to no get too over confident, but must rely on God to lead me and depend on Him when I feel like eating something that is bad for my body. It is incredible how the Lord has designed our bodies to basically heal itself when given the right foods and nutrients. God is so good!
