True mummydee. In lettuce or spinach a close cup would be a grab handful. In inches it equals close to 14.5 cubic inches. Also it's liquid weight is 8 ounces. I once was on a diet and made the mistake of weighing everything to 8 ounces when it asked for 1 cup-I gained weight.

There are 24 teaspoons in a 1/2 cup. (48 in a cup) so enter it as 1/12 serving of a 1/2 cup.

No more advertisements
The ads are a reflection of your internet search history/cookies. I have a headsets ad and protein powder ad because that is what I have recently searched for. Makes one wonder what has been searched for recently on your computer, Classic! HA!

Mummydee-I had that nasty one too! Ewwwwww! I just logged off so I would stop seeing it.

Need some lunch ideas PLEASE!
Tortilla wraps or pita bread that is whole grain or low carb, you can even use just a large lettuce leaf. Go for themes-greek, buffalo chicken, Curried Chicken Salad with Apples and Raisins, etc to "spice" things up.
How about a couple of cold slices of veggie/chicken pizza? You can make a healthier crust.
Pouches of (waterless) tuna. Some are even flavored. Open pouch, eat with plastic fork.
Tupperware of hummus with pita or crackers, veggies.
Boiled eggs.

It's a good thing you put the kids first. They need someone to do that. However, keeping yourself happy and healthy is important too!
