Hello kiddos!! Pretty good day today so far, minus the twinge in my side...I think I may have pulled a rib muscle...it hurts everytime I breathe, let alone when I sneeze!! Ouch!! It's been slowly getting worse the last 3 days, of course I'm too stubborn to let myself rest a few days and ditch the working out. Regardless, it might be a trip to the doctor if it's not better tomorrow, wish me luck! Oh, and I'm trying hummus for the first time today...it just looks so weird to me, I've never tried it but I'm looking to mix up my food for this weight loss challenge coming up. Double wish me luck! Happy Tuesday!

Ok, hold out on being stubborn just in case you are causing further damage. Letting yourself heal will also increase the productivity of your exercise session. This is advice is from the least active member of your buddies (so you know I know what I'm talking about). Take it easy and take care.

Sounds like a popped rib. I had this a few months ago and I experienced the same feeling. Just so happen I had an appointment with my family physician and he knew right away from the description so he had me to ly down and he popped back in to place and told me to take it easy for about 2 weeks.

Good luck, I hope you feel better soon :-) I also haven't tried hummus but I'm not too curious about it. I am really picky. Some foods I never tried like spinach, mustard, mayonnaise, etc but I "know" I don't like them.

Good luck with the hummus. I've tried it & it was "ok", maybe it's an "acquired taste" & I just haven't acquired it yet, LOL. I hope your rib feels better soon. I would definitely see a Dr for it if possible, because I know from experience that if it's broken or displaced it can cause serious problems if not treated properly & soon. Not trying to scare you, just stating facts as I know them.

How's the rib feeling today? How did you like the hummus?

rib is better, just uncomfortable...and hummus is nasty...I tried but it tastes like I ground up soy beans, let my dog poop on them, and then pureed it...sorry to those who love it, I just can't do it!!!
