I have a feeling I'll be higher tomorrow. High dirty carbs post workout. I'm trusting the calories. Low carb day tomorrow (like under 100).

Ha. Just read your journal about 'maybe I'll weight in, maybe I won't.' I could do that too. Nah!

BTW ... you are the first person to make a Breaking Bad reference.. be prepared to be stalked. I loved, loved, loved... that show. I want to reminisce.

Bella. I'm watching the series a second time on netflix. Talk about your train wreck. The show will never be matched. I remember seeing the guy who played Badger saying he got called and was pleased that he got a bit part in a TV show. He said he woke up a year and a half later and said to himself, "I'm in the Soprano's". The characters are exceptional. Bryon Cranston. When we started watching it I thought, he'll never be able to pull it off. All I'd ever seen him in was Malcolm in the middle. The man is a genius. Few actors approach his abilities. Stalk me, please!

Never watched Breaking Bad, you've made me curious though.

It's a study in a mild mannered individual crossing a line and slowly losing all conscience and self-control. It's about a high school teacher who learns he has cancer who decides to cook a couple of batches of meth to cover his medical bills. Quite disturbing.

Breaking Bad has some of the best acting I have ever seen in a TV series. Hands Down.

I loved Breaking Bad too. My only qualm about it was some didn't get the point that Walt turned into a very bad dude. I live in NM and Albuquerque had a burial service for Walt when the show ended and the Albuquerque police department were his pallbearers. Once again people glorified the criminal albeit a fake one. I did love the irony of the show that Jesse who was supposed to be a dead beat drug addict was the one with a moral compass and Walt the family man, teacher ended up with none.

Oh I know. To me it was a lot like watching House .. I'd think 'I want to be more like him... saying whatever he feels, etc.,' but then he got punched, kicked in the groin and shot and I thought 'hmm...maybe I'd better... NOT.' Same with Walt feeling his mortality and then suddenly feeling ALIVE. I identified with THAT but then he did get mean, very manipulative and downright evil. I think that possibility exists in all of us but I'm glad the series showed that it does have it's consequences. All the money in the world.. for the reason he started.. and ... nothing. Lost it all. Except maybe 'his' life as I've read they are wondering if he really was dead on the floor of the lab.

Dang.. now I"m thinking about running thru it a third time. I like to start at the segment when they intro Saul Goodman. HE was totally my favorite .. even more than Jesse. He was a skeeve but tried to do the right thing.. for the right price, of course.
