look so cool. Too bad you cant post a video of the whole thing. Gosh I miss trees like that. Bet you'll hardly notice the exorcise for the view. 

A friend just gave me 2.5 pounds of creatine/dextrose fruit punch mix. She didn't like it. Tossed it in with the banana's milk, and protein powder and ... hoffta! Score!!! (That means I can save the sweetarts.) 

Yolanda. I didn't! It was free. It's really quiet and it changes angles spontaneously to keep you guessing. It also speeds up or slows down however you want it. It's very intuitive. 

NM, I need to borrow your treadmill. I'll pay the shipping fees. :)

Yes but does it talk back to you, or have a built in fan? lol My treadmill looks just like yours :) 

The only downside is that occasionally the bears will be sharing it. That's why I carry a big stick. One that makes thunder. If they leave me alone, we're all good.

Just remember if you need to use thunder stick aim for chest. Bears skulls are built for ricochets and that just pisses them off. Best way to keep them away is noise. They say bells on your shoes. You can be a musical walker then. :()  

There's a saying up here. You can tell black bear droppings from the berries found in them. You can tell grizzly droppings from the smell of pepper and the bells in it. The wife was out with me hunting moose. She was in one spot, I was a km away. She faced down a grizzly that came in when she was calling moose. She was carrying a .243. She got a 30.06 for Christmas that year. We have a 30-30 for self defense. It's quick and short. I've never had to use it. Better safe. Sorry, Chicalean, it's already in the mail. I'm glad you like my treadmill, Kattay. There are a few around if you look for them.

Now that I think about it, they had the same saying in SE Alaska. Good for your wife. that takes balls. 30-30 aut to do it if needed. Here's hoping never do. Here I gotta worry about black bears, mountain lions, badgers, rattle snakes and javelinas. One of the reasons for multiple dogs and if they don't stop what ever we carry 45's. We also have to worry about elk and antelope during rutting, but I'd stand up to all of them at once and feel safer then stand up to one pissed off moose. Why I never hunted them. Figured if I just grazed one and pissed it off I was dead cause I sure as hell wasn't out running it.  

I get to visit a similar treadmill this weekend, my daughter lives in a log house in the woods adjoining Truman lake.
