MFD1979's Journal, 30 June 2014

So I'm ditching low carb... I started the 21 day fix today which is pretty low in carbs but utilizes a 30 minute a day work out. You measure out your food daily and its all non processed no junk you are eating. If this doesn't work I don't know what to do. I have some friends who recently went to a medexclinic for prescription weight loss pills and lost 10 pounds in the first week! I really don't want to resort to that... but it is so tempting at this point. My meals for the 21 day fix are prepared for the week and I got up at 5:30 this morning and did my first workout of cardo for 30 minutes. I know if I plan I can do it... I talked to my husband last night about how sad I am right now after gaining so much weight back and cried because I don't feel normal. He is usually very supportive but as of lately is just frustrated with me because I'm so sad and moody. I'm hoping a better diet will help my mood and hoping this will help me shed all this weight. 21 days... I must do this... for me and my family and all of our sanity.

I hope whatever you do works for you. The sad and moody part...I think that's the most difficult part.

You can do this! Make your plan then work the plan! I think the emotional part will lighten once the processed chemicals leave your body. ::HUGS::

I can't do low carb either, I'm miserable, I have zero energy....I KNOW you can do this, you just have to MAKE yourself, and do it right way....sit down, make a game plan and stick to it...prescriptions are so unhealthy in the long run, plus once you stop, if you haven't changed your lifestyle you most likely will gain it all back....can you really be on pills the rest of your life?
