Foot is slightly aggrivated after two hours class... But holding out.

Very proud of weightloss. Very proud of 19 pushups. Very proud of my book getting along.

Very proud of most FS members for supportong and motivating one another...

Well done on your loss my dear friend. If your foot is causing so much trouble I think you should have it checked out this would save you having to sit with it up in the air which we all know can be so strenuous at time. Thinking of you always xoxox

I figure you are working out for both of us, so I just work and sweat outside with the dogs. :) Thanks to you I'm back on track, been slacking with food here and there. I took the 6lb challenge, figure I needed a push/kick in the ass. I need to get below the 300 mark, and with your challenge I will. What's weird is I didn't know this # it wouldn't bother me as much. I have lots of muscle from walking around, picking up dogs, playing with dogs, unlike the thinner girls that always feel fat, I don't feel like a fat person. Go figure.
