Wednesday(day 17)
And there is a sudden drop. I have to say i have very mixed feelings about this. Ofcaurse i am happy. But i would rather loose 0.1 for five days straight then have such a sudden drop... NOOOOO!!! I'll take it, i'll take it!!! It is nice to see i only have 18 kilo to go for normal BMI, although those who know me are probably sceptical along with me, about this number. Dont get me wrong: not because i don't have the resolve but because i will be too muscular in two years to ever reach this number ;) in the end i am aiming for BF% between 20-30.
So now i have lost 28.7 kilo's sofar! I'll try to pick that up in weights today in the gym!
