No-o-o-o-o-o! If you must....pour yourself a few oz, log it into FatSecret (to see the damage) and pour the rest down the sink BEFORE you take that first illicit sip!

Throw it out. It's probably 22 years old!

I am a diet pepsi lover. I purchased the 1 liter and had maybe 6 oz and dumped the rest that was 4 days ago.

There are FOUR cans of Mt. Dew in my fridge (not to mention the remnants of a 24 pack on the pantry shelf) that have been there for weeks -- I'm saving them for any possible cheat days when I might actually eat a burger and fries or some pizza... Otherwise they are not worth it to me! Stay strong! :)

It's still there. It's calling.

The sink drain is very thirsty....

LOL! Yes, the sink drain is thirsty. Let's chant encouragement to NorthernMu, "Pour-it-out...Pour-it-out...Is it bad for your waistline? There's no doubt!"

Got lucky. It belonged to my daughter and she has a cold. She's already sucked on it. Temptation avoided.

Sodas (for company) are on the bottom shelf of the pantry BEHIND the cutting board. But every so often I'll open one ... after the 99% water I drink (1% coffee) they are really not as great as I remember.

Soda after only water for a month and a half is just way to sweet for me. Good job NM

pour it in your toilet!!!! will really clean it and make it bright and beautiful!!!! clean those pipes instead!

So right, PNeel01! What will clean toilets, plumbing pipes, corrosion on car batteries and tenderize meat (tough, fibrous pot roast)? Coca-Cola, the ultimate multitasker! Oh, how I used to love to feel the burn :D

I remember when I was a kid putting a nail in a glass of coke. It didn't take long before it was gone. Should have learned something back then.

I love classic coke! But I gave up all soda back in January. Glad you daughter contaminated it for you, just be sure she does not contaminate you with her sickness!

ah ha, so long as you don't look in the fridge see it has returned full again....lol

I have never liked the taste of any type of cola, so I guess it's a good thing I haven't been corroding my insides with it. I'm sure the astronomic levels of caffeine in all the Mt. Dew I've drank over the years has affected me in some way though... (And NM: my sister did the same thing for a science project back when -- pretty weird that people can still drink the stuff after seeing things like that!)

I couldn't "Do the Dew" (never could get with the kinda neon yellow color of it. Russian12Mafia, be careful! You don't want glow-in-the-dark innards do you?!?!?
