Weigh ins...
I have this "ritual" that I have had for what seems like forever! First of all I drink water absolutely all day! I really dont drink anything else short of protein shakes. The period between bed time and wake up, no liquids are consumed, but I seem to believe that the majority of liquids consumed are then expelled by the time I wake up. Hence, a more true weight.
With this being said, I weigh most mornings, after shower and blow dry. Wet hair weighs too! I dont drink anything prior to my shower and not until after I weight. So basically I weigh the same time every time I weigh. I might weigh every day and depending on what day Im on, protein day or meal day, usually wont weigh after a meal day. I try to weigh the am of my meal day and not the day after. I celebrate the losses and am mindful of the gains. Knowing both will happen, dont beat myself up for the gains.
