I am 36 year old mother of 4, I have been married for 18 years and the Doctor says I have High blood pressure and my kidneys are trying to shut down because of it and I am tired all the time. The most I have lost is about 40 pounds and that was a year ago but after a back injury I have gained it all back. So I need help I come from a long line of obese women but my husband and children are all thin and other then verbal support the offer none. It is hard to work out with thin people who would rather be doing something else. So I am hoping to find the emotional support and advice from you all to help keep me on track.

Is it bad if I don't meet my recommend daily intake? I know I have read that if u don't eat enough calories that it will stall out your weight loss but I mean I am eating at least 80% of them. Any suggestions? Confused
