Some more weight gone. Almost back to my 234 before i went crazy last weekend! I will be happy to see 229 on the scale! Still hanging in!
236.6 lb Lost so far: 15.4 lb.    Still to go: 51.6 lb.    Diet followed 100%.

Slow and steady wins the race... You're doing way better than most of us here. There are weight gains but you're losing anyway, just stay on track and you'll make it to your goal weight some time this year probably!

my grandmother once said "pound by pound, you'll whittle your waist down" so every pound counts! i get happy at one pound too! great job you are doing
