I am a stay at home mom that since the birth of my first child, i've struggled with weight. I had great success on atkins which I started in 2003..stopped when I got pregnant w/ my 2nd child. My highest weight after his birth was 215lbs. Slowly I've gotten back to 170lbs..doing strict atkins for days..then cheat and gain all that I lost..so the yo yo stops today!

Adding a Food
yeah id like to add foods to my diary but all i count is carbs..not calories,fat,etc so i should just type 0 in all the required spots and not save it for public use? that could work..ty! i came asking if there was a way to bypass some of the required fields..

SLIMQUICK Cleanse
always get your doctors approval before taking any pills for detox or diet..liver does do it itself but if not working properly, it may need help. you can help it with a simple fruit and veg diet..nothing cooked..raw veggies ..eaten raw or juiced. i did get a doctors ok once and did this for 2 weeks. i drank a lot of juice...and felt great..lost weight. i do this about once a year.

MIRACLE NOODLES??
yes, i get mine from the Korean market..my hubby is Korean and we go there very often...they are sometimes on sale for 99 cents but are never more than 1.99! they are good..but sometimes way too rubbery tasting.

first day on the atkins!!
worked very well for me the first go around..i had to come out of ketosis due to getting pregnant w/ my son who is now almost 3. I then went through cervical cancer and surgery..so I couldn't really focus on eating. But now, 3 years later almost, I went from 215lbs (right after his birth) down to 170lbs where I'm stalled out. I need to get back on atkins...NOW! lol
