Well, the Dr is happy with it and so am I. I have officially lost 14 pounds since 11/1. I wasn't sure how much I had lost because my scale is different from hers, but it seems to have worked out the same. Here's to another month of losing.

Thanks Rob! I have a very long way to go and I would be lying if I said I wasn't a little worried about what happens after I am no longer on the prescription. I am just taking it day by day and trying to stay focused.

I had my gall bladder taken out a few years ago. I've been on a diet and exercise program since Sept 11. It's been 21 pds for me. You are doing great. Keep it up.

I know. We always fear the unknown, no matter what shape it is. And after the scrip is through is a big unknown for you. But I know you can do it! I can tell you're ready. Whether it is to tighten down a bit, or work out more, or both, you're going to do this. :D
