Hope everyone had a great holiday. I have been off the grid since Wed. I had such a great time visiting my family. I really tried to stay on track with my calories, but I failed miserably. I had two Thanksgiving dinners over Thursday and Friday between the two families. Then Saturday and Sunday I continued down that slippery slope. Back on track today though and somehow still lost a pound over the four days of food debauchery. Now I just have to get through Christmas and I will be home free.
