No workout again this morning. No baseball tonight though (woo hoo), so I should be able to get a workout in after work. I already told my hubby I was going to get it done so hopefully he'll hold me to it.

My eating was horrible yesterday. I think I was hanging on to some of the stress of the night before and decided I needed to have some peanut butter and chocolate. Today will be better. I've got my lunch and snacks packed and hopefully dinner won't be too bad. I got a lot of fruit at the store yesterday too, so that will make a good snack tonight.

I'm planning on starting to go running at least a couple of days a week after work. Softball is over this week but next week we'll have a lot of family stuff going on because of the holiday, so I may wait and start the following week or next weekend. There is also a free aerobics class that I might start taking at least once a week, but they are taking the week off next week. So, maybe running on Mon. and Wed., and aerobics Tues. At least then I'll have something extra keeping me busy after work instead of just sitting on the couch. I have a plan, now if I can just stick with it...

I thought about bailing on workout today too...just felt a sinusie. Did it anyway and it's an awesome feeling that you feel when you know you could go further on the elliptical had you gotten up earlier and had the time. Tonight will hope back on the elliptical and go for another run. :)

Good plan to get in the workouts. I didn't get up this morning because I'm mowing tonight, then thought I should have gotten up and got an extra workout in. I'm hoping in July I can get in a couple workouts a day, morning and maybe a lunch or evening walk. The kids have been wanting to bike ride so that's another option. Just want to keep moving. Hoping some extra exercise will give me extra energy too!

Keep yourself accountable and you will be able to get those workouts in. Also, telling your husband is a good thing because then it's harder to back out on the plan.

Changing up the workout routine may help keep you fresh with exercise! I know the running has helped me. It's a lot harder to do in this hot, humid weather though. Good luck with the plan!
