So my morning workouts are just not happening this week. I don't know if I'm still trying to catch up on sleep from Sunday night or what, but I just can't open my eyes at 5 to get my workout done. Tonight is the last softball game too, so I won't get a workout done before that and we won't get home until probably 10. Tomorrow I should be able to do a workout after work though if I can't wake myself up.

Yesterday I actually stayed within my calorie goal, so that's a plus and I got my workout done after work. A lady from the office who retired a couple of months ago came in yesterday with big cookies for everyone, and I ate mine. I should have taken it home for the kids, but I just couldn't resist. My stomach was telling me I shouldn't have eaten it though. I managed to make some adjustments to my plan for the day and still stayed under 1400 cals, even with that cookie.

Today is a new day and I'm ready to take it on. Happy Wednesday!!
