so i've lost 10bls this month. yeah baby. AND last min decision to head to CUBA on Sunday. OMG i will not put it all back on in one week... ugh that would totally suck

WELL DONE! And enjoy the CUBA trip! I'm pretty sure you won't gain 10lbs of fat - Surely you won't consume 35,000 calories more than you burn - I'm sure you're gonne be reasonably active while there. Bring you tablet/laptop, bring workout videos, stay active, and eat consciously. :) You're gonna do fine.

Go Sarah.....Go Sarah.....Go Sarah!!!!!!!!! I believe you will not let food come between you & your goal.....YOU HAVE COME TO FAR! Not to mention, you will be sooo busy with new adventures and exploring new places, you won't be thinking about food. Remember.....it is ok to enjoy some thing new, just don't over indulge. Now.......go to Cuba and have tons of fun :)
