I manage to stop a backslide today. I want so much to eat right now that I am probably bordering on b******y. You get the picture. I am doing so well, but feel so far away from my goal at the same time. Clothes are still tight even after 20 some pounds. I keep telling myself that I bought the stuff before pregnancy and now my body is not what it used to be. I am just frustrated tonight. Tomorrow will be better. I will try to get a good night's sleep and a good workout in in the morning and then it's wings tomorrow night. I wish I didn't have to starve myself all day to get them, but o well I am probably not the only one.

Good job on making the best choice for you & your goal. I'm sure it was challenging! As you say, tomorrow will be better & you have many more better tomorrows ahead of you.

If your truly hungry you need to eat if your not eating enough your body will store everything you eat and you want to burn not store I tried a nee detox drink its pretty good give me a few days and I will let you know how it works :) keep a positive attitude and you will see your differences

It is never easy ...ever! Totally proud of you, to others who are not trying they don't see what a tremendos feat it is to stay with in the boundaries. Cheers to you but again will power to get to the number.

Thanks everyone! I really appreciate the support, especially on the bad days. It is always nice to log on and see the encouragement. I am going out to eat wings tonight and through planning have found a way to eat all meals today and only go over my 1200 calorie goal by 49 calories. All I have to do is stick with my plan. Wish me luck!
