I have gained nearly 30lbs in the last two years from stress these fluctuation are effecting everything. For nearly 3 months stuck to a prescribed diet only to learn 5 lbs have been shed after working out consistently for 1.5 hours 6 days a week. Nothing except work stress shows up in test, trying not to lose motivation but it is getting discouraging especially following dietary rules.My friends have never seen me this size and am ostracized and told how fat I have become.

Oh my goodness. I own designer clothing...
Keep up the good work and a that is a great price I found a pair of $300 sunglasses marked down for $5.00! American portions and strange additives seem to make me gain weight all of my friends from Europe return a great deal heavier...SO many winding roads and places to walk you shouldn't have any problems.

Confessions of a Food Addict
Years ago we did a short term study about how sugar lights up the brain faster than cocaine with rats, it was just comparing data from different sources, but one has to wonder if the sugar in so many refined foods is a way to keep the people purchasing them and if modifying gains are different to produce better, may also hinder a trigger that says stop.Personally Know for a fact there are foods even if I tried find a way to eat till gone.Like corn a top modified food product. And people think it means genetically modified with animal genes but it includes cross bred or Hybrid. Yes it is great to have an abundant food source but the side effect is obesity.
