I learnt this week that if I want to continue losing weight on the weekend, my moderation on calories should not exceed 1500 calories. Also if I eat enough in the week, I won't go overboard on the weekend.I also need to reduce my carb intake. But all in all the week was a success. I didn't binge on the weekend!
200.8 lb Lost so far: 4.2 lb.    Still to go: 61.9 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

That is awesome way to go! I did fairly well for the weekend, not stellar, but better than weekends past so trying to just go with it and recognize it is a step in the right direction! Keep up the good work!

Good Job! Sounds like you had a great ephiphany. Did if feel like being struck by lightning? Lol! Keep up the good work! Now maybe you will see some real success.
