Holy cr**!!!! Just saw that THREE pound drop on the scale! Wow!!!! I guess those technical problems got fixed!!! And just think....it'll go even lower after your haircut, too - LOL!

Sandy - LOL - I do have thick hair! Not sure what is going on with my scale. Maybe the change in weather (temperature and/or humidity?). Cannot deal with any serious scale shopping until this weekend. In the meantime I could drag out my Wii Fit Scale.

Hi Buffy - it was 70 here. I went swimming at the gym and a long walk too. I am off of FB - and I will spend spare time on here. I saw two robins together today too so spring is here in western Mass. It is raining now. I am old enough to remember "Sunshine On My Shoulders" it was a Number 1 pop hit in March of 1974 or so...
