My calorie goal is 1350/day and I usually have to tweak my dinner menu to meet that. Last night I just entered the food on my plate and it totaled exactly 1350 cals.! Maybe I'm getting the hang of this after all!

Wow, that is a lot of calories! Are you trying to gain weight? 3500 calories/day will probably lead to weight gain. Unless, of course, you are burning >4000 calories a day!! Good luck! Just thought I would put this out there!

You meant to say 1350/day. I checked your food journal. I'm still going over my limit and not entering in the evenings. Gotta get out of this rut. You're doing great so I think I'll follow suit. love ya MOM!

Dboza - evenings are hard for me too. Have you ever tried logging in your dinner early? Then all you have to do is eat from your menu (and nothing more)and you have your evening free to do whatever you like.

I don't seem to be able to work out enough to make 3500/day possible. Would that I were Michael Phelps or Lance Armstrong (maybe Michael Phelps).

LOL>..can't resist chiming in here...3500 a day is totally within my capabilities, not proud of it, but it is way to easy. 1350, good for you...I am totally struggling with 1500 (still)!

LOL as I've certainly had my 3500 cal days too! You definitely have the hang of it, my dear... even if you do make the occasional typo:)!

GG - I LOVE to eat so watching the calories is so hard. Glad I didn't tally what I packed away on Easter.

Ruth - I do type on here between phone calls, etc. so must finish quickly - but I am absolutely mortified by some of my typos! Would be best for me to slow down.

Buffy....that salad dressing you listed in yesterday's journal seems like just the thing for me. Tried some last night and thought it was pretty darn good...will just use slightly more tonight to further disguise the taste of the greens - LOL! BTW...I too could eat 3500/day pretty easily, esp if it included peanut butter!

I could so eat 3500 calories in a day! Cake, cookies, brownies, nachos, cheese, fettuccini Alfredo, and candy bars...pretty sure I went way over! Lol! Hugs, Buffy!
