Out of "rehab" & it feels so good! The cleanse was just what the dr ordered & what this novice scientist needed. Armed & ready to stay my course sugar, dairy & wheat free, and will resume my lab rat duties on Mon when I add back lactose free dairy.
And, so excited that my younger son comes home tonight for his spring break week. He's then heading to UConn to see friends for the weekend, & hubby and I head to VT for an overnight Sat to celebrate a friend's 50th. They'll be 4 couples going, so should be loads of fun. I'll be taking my own healthy snacks and all the fixins for a healthy salad. I've been re-reading some of the book I've journaled about on mindful eating, & plan to use these techniques while I take it a day, meal, moment, breath or emotion at a time.
I guess since the cleanse is over, so is the extended sleeping as I was up before 5 & already to spin class. Back now & ready to start my day in prayer. TGIF my FS friends! xoxox
God grant me the serenity to accept the things I cannot change; courage to change the things I can; and wisdom to know the difference.
