Ugghhh... I killed my WW eating dinner at Panda Express Friday night. Didn't realize how much fat was in the food I had til I logged it. Lesson learned. Next time plain rice and lower fat entree.

1722 kcal Fat: 69.44g | Prot: 80.33g | Carb: 233.74g.   Breakfast: dannon nonfat greek black cherry yogurt, splenda, sugar free coffee creamer, organic granola, organic raspberries, water, Coffee (Brewed From Grounds). Lunch: nonfat dressing, red sweet pepper, iced herbal tea, organic mixed baby greens salad, red onion. Dinner: panda express honey walnut shrimp, water, panda express chicken and mushroom, panda express fried rice, panda express chicken egg roll, panda express chow mien. Snacks/Other: organic skim milk, orville redenbacher air popped popcorn. more...

Those days are going to happen. Best to just plan for them or do things to mitigate the damages afterwards like more time cycling....

Some times its sooo hard to gauge the amount of cals are in the foods at the resturants..but you always count on it being salty too...don't be too hard on yourself..cause your doing great other wise..:O)

Eating out is always fun till you log in. But you know I hope you enjoyed it because life should be enjoyed. Just cut back somewhere else for the next couple of days. =)

Don't take it too hard. Chinese food is always tricky to gauge. Lesson learned. Just look forward now and be proud that you have done so great so far!
