Day 28 and 9 lbs gone ~ Yay! Maybe I can squeeze 1 more lb out of me before 1 month ending on WW! Hee! Hee!

Had med labs done on 2/8/13. Will be a good baseline for WW. (Below)
I'm going to work hard to get them all under control and within normal range. Come On WW and Exercise, do your thing!

My new med insurance approved CPAC for sleep apnea. Woo Hoo! This has been a long time coming. Can't believe I was diagnosed w/sleep disorder (no REM sleep cycling) 1 yr ago and previous med insurance denied the need for CPAC. New med insurance approved it right away. Gotta make an appt to learn how to use this contraption. And, YES, I am going to use it. My doctors say part of the reason I have gained so much weight is because of this sleep disorder; don't produce certain hormones during sleep. So, here is to better sleep and better days ahead!

My new bed was delivered yesterday. It is so comfy! My Ogre says it is too soft for him though. He says he will give it a try for a week.

Awesome on that great loss...Happy Dancing for you..So glad your insurance is letting you get that CPAC...you will have to get used to it..but DO IT..like I said before my DH is on one..and we both get a good nights sleep...I don't know if you quit breathing or not but he did and I would have to nudge him so he would wake up enough to do so.. I am sooo happy that you will be able to get your much needed sleep.. Don't want to scare you..But there was a woman would not use hers and she passed away one night because she didn't like the way it felt on her face...they have some that goes on the nose instead but you still have to strap it on...PLEASE take care of you...:O)
