Okay actually did the stupid boring stationary bike the display doesnt work but did time myself.

Good for you! I'm still not able to exercise because of a knee injury so I'm a little bit jealous of anyone that can.

ok, time to show that bike some love... it's going to make you healthy :-) my bike in my living room has no readout so out can't talk back, but it's now my friend..

I have my bike in one of my bedrooms upstairs, I should move it to the living room, right? It's not pretty, but which is more important, my pretty living room or my pretty healthier body? Actually, I did go to the gym tonight.

I put a tv in front of my tread mill and can not believe how fast the time goes. Just get into a program (I pvr a bunch so I like what I'm watching), before I know it a hour is gone! Good work Jamie on getting on that bike, just move, that's the most important thing about losing so you don't look like jello walking down the street in a month or so!

Good for you! Being snowed in forced me to work out at home a couple days, which I'm not sure I'd keep up with if I had to regularly. I found some exercise classes online which was more tolerable for me. So, my hat goes off to you... or should it be my bike helmet:)!

Good Job!!! I need to get back on track with my exercise as well. Maybe that's something I can get done in the mornings now that the baby is going to day care.
