Made a major mistake at work yesterday and took it out on myself last night at a friend's house by gobbling down some lemon wafer cookies. Just could not stop myself. Lesson: it didn't make me feel any better nor correct the mistake so note to self: "it doesn't work". At least it wasn't a big gob of chocolate cake which is what I REALLY wanted. back on track today. Mistake will be worked out and the sky did not fall. Did not go to the gym as planned but plan to go today at lunch and use the treadmill for 20 minutes.

Sorry I just getting back to you on this. I hate making mistakes at work too, but you know what? Everybody does. So accept that you are human and get right back on that horse!

One mistake won't ruin all you've worked for! Get some extra stepping in today and you'll be right back on track. You need to allow yourself some pleasures. If its forbidden, its just that much more attractive.
