Have decided to weigh daily but use my Sunday AM weight for weigh-ins. Big swings the last few days - high of 177 - so am happy with today's weight even though seems like not much net loss over the week. How sad is this: I have access for free to a gym in my office building so I COULD be walking 20 minutes a day despite the cold weather. Am publicly confessing so that Monday I DO IT. Pat on the back to me though: sticking to the diet without complaint. Adding more veggies this week, too, after yesterday shopping trip. Did not make my Feb 1 mini goal of 172 but will see it soon I think.
