Busy day today... been to zumba, next to church then another tennis match this afternoon (we won yesterday!) & dinner out with a friend tonight -- hubby gets home late:)! Stayed the course yesterday sugar, dairy & wheat free, and no cravings... not even late when I was home alone... maybe renting the movie "Magic Mike" made the difference!?! If you haven't seen it, there's no real substance to it, but a lot of great scenery :)... what's a bachelorette wive to do?!?
My health coach shared this link with me of a 60 Minutes segment about the dangers of sugar -- http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=B56Gpf1f5_A . I'd seen the talk given by Dr. Liftig (sp?) on u-tube, but not the 60 Minutes show. Thought I'd pass it on, in case any of my FS friends missed it too.
My plan for coming home tonight to an empty house after dinner is to walk straight through the kitchen (telling myself it's closed for the night) & up to bed, and if it's not too late logging in here again! And, I'll end my day as I begin it, in prayer --
