Finished the 5K, walked the whole way with Shelly but still did 3.2 miles in about an hour, maybe 50-ish mins. We forgot to look and see when we went over the finish line and it was an untimed course. SOOO much color on me lol. It was fun but I think I'm going to feel this tomorrow and all day today. My low back, hips and abs are already complaining. Good. This is the start. As they said on biggest loser when I watched it yesterday, it has to hurt so you'll remember you never want to go through this again. Today is day 2 of my exercise. Now I just need to keep it going.

So now I'm going to go take 4 Advil, a hot shower and a nap, in that order. :D Proud of me.
