Fat: 49.87g | Prot: 43.16g | Carb: 17.14g.   Breakfast:  coffee, milk 2%, splenda packet. Lunch:  chicken breast, crouton, diet coke, iceberg lettuce, ranch dressing, tomato. Dinner:  bleu cheese dressing, broccoli, chicken breast. Snacks/Other:  macadamia nuts.
