Fat: 49.87g | Prot: 43.16g | Carb: 17.14g.   Breakfast:  coffee, splenda packet, milk 2%. Lunch:  iceberg lettuce, tomato, chicken breast, ranch dressing, diet coke, crouton. Dinner:  chicken breast, broccoli, bleu cheese dressing. Snacks/Other:  macadamia nuts.
