Every time I see a Buddha bowl displayed my mind leaps to the 'you are what you eat' cliche ... I don't remember eating any of those but I've definitely got the Buddha belly.

I just got rid of 20 bags and boxes of too-big clothes! It feels wonderful to have enough faith to believe that I will never again be needing them - better they go to someone to whom they can be a blessing!
