One full week cigarrete free and today I crossed a major barrier, I rode for 3 hours(with a pause in the middle) in a moderated to fast pace with a few fellow cycling buddies, I was pretty impressed with myself, because last night I could barely sleep, anxious I was not gonna be able to do it.
I didn't weight since my last weigh in 18 days ago, I'm gonna leave that to my next nutrionist appointment, however, I'm pretty satisfied with the results.
