Good morning, Buddies!

It's been a couple of GREAT days, but I will keep this reasonably short.

I write a great, long journal Friday. I weighed in - and I had lost a good chunk of weight. Sadly, it didn't save. I tried repeatedly, but it just didn't stick. I didn't even get an error message. Saturday, I gained some of the weight back, but not all. I expected that after a fun day on the town.

I didn't weight in this morning - I simply forgot. We're enjoying time off from work, and before I knew it I had water, I had coffee and basically just blew my chance to weigh in.

Friday, I stayed within my alotted 2300 calories. We saw The Hobbit in a HUGE movie teater (and it totally rocked!), and we visited a buffet for dinner. I did good. I hadn't eaten until we had lunch, which was a tiny sandwich. I was hungry a dinner, but nothing bad.

The downfall of that day was me getting candy for the movies. It wasn't that good, but obviously that didn't stop me from eating it. lol. Still, I think I am within my RDI.

Yesterday was Indulgence Day. I had 3600 cals available, and even if I didn't count yesterday, I know I didn't reach it. I did pretty good.

Now, to make sure I stay on track, I'm making today a Low Cal Day. I'm switching it around a little, though, and I will this time try to place my calories in three tiny meals. I had a little bread and cheese for breakfast. We bought the best tasting frickin' cheese at a little store around the corner. It's so delish, and I really need to watch what I'm doing with it. It's a good thing that Wife loves it - let her eat most. lol. I had 22 g of it this morning. Not bad. The good thing is that it's so flavorful that you don't need a lot at all.

I'm planning on doing the same for lunch.

Dinner will be a little pork chop and a good chunk of vegetables. It should be accomplishable to stay within my alotted 600 calories. Let's see how it goes.

Today will probably be a movie day. This is a challenge, because I know I'm gonna get peckish, and I am gonna want to snack. I have some sugar free ideas: We have some great coffees and christmas teas that I'm gonna use if I can't handle it. Just to get in some flavors.

So, tomorrow I will weigh in. It will be interesting to see how I fare after an Indulgence Day AND a Low Cal Day.

Today, we're watching Christmas Movies!
