Weight standing still over the course of a few days. I guess considering Xmas vacation, it's not half bad
Short journal today, just wanted to check in and weigh in. Doing good! Checking in from cell phone, so this will be very brief.

Life is good!
202.8 lb Lost so far: 138.9 lb.    Still to go: 15.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
