I have stayed with my diet and water, along with my exercise and I am still in ketosis but I have gained about 4 lbs in 4 days. There is no way that makes sense. I don't know if it's TOM but I wouldn't doubt it because I want chocolate all the time . I normally gain about 5 lbs when I'm not dieting during that time but I am getting so frustrated I'm about to scream...

Hi, I peeked at your menus...your carbs are very low-are you counting total carbs or net? It could also be the cheese...some people stall or gain with too much cheese (like me). I didn't see any veggies either, during induction and beyond you should be getting 12-15 net carbs from veggies. These are just my observations...maybe they will help, maybe not :) But if TOM is on the way and you usually gain then that's probably it :)

Brooke, I checked your food diary, and it appears that on some days you eat no veggies at all. Ideally, you need to eat at least 2 cups of green leafy veggies and 1 cup of other Atkins acccepted veggies a day. I suspect that may be part of your problem. And how many of the Lite Chocolate bars have you eaten during your weight uptick. Although they are low carb and sugar free they may still affect your loss. You also need to keep your calories between 1400 and 1700 calories a day. And it may well be a combination of all things, including, as Amy said, TOM!
