So I seem to going downwards on the scale again. We will see what tomorrow holds. I ate more yesterday then I have in awhile and I still seemed to lose. Interesting, I still can't find low carb ice cream so I have taken it into my own hands. I split up an Atkins shake into 4 different popsicle molds and I'm in the process of freezing them. I hope they turn out good!!! 3 more days until I weigh in officially so I better be at 163 or below. Here's to hoping
