I still haven't found low carb ice cream anywhere but instead have found these low carb chocolate bars which come in 3 different flavors. They are so delicious, I just have to remind myself not to eat the whole bar like I did today. I've been home for 2 whole days and I haven't really exercised once, I've been too busy getting everything somewhat back to normal. Tomorrow's a new day
