I have gained!!!! MAN! WHY? I guess I have been eating a little more, but not THAT much! This is such a struggle, and I am so confused. I guess it is time to have a low calorie day..or 5!
I think I messed up on sunday when I had my high calorie day. I definitely don't think I should go above the 1700 mark on a high day.
I really don't get it..I have had a calorie deficit every day! I feel like I have lost too. My legs are more defined after all the walking I did yesterday.
My pretty chart is not so pretty any more. :(
i feel like going back to bed. today is going to suck.

Just stay calm and focused. You know this can't be a real gain, and I'm certain it'll disappear as quickly as it arrived. No sucky day - get back out of bed and make it another great day!!

dont panic Lotus! I just posted a tip saying dont count the numbers because your weight gain might be from muscle gain. Also, a fantastic rule I have heard for dieting is the 80/20 rule. As long as you keep to your diet 80 percent of the time, dont freak out about the 20% you dont-thats your leeway. Be careful about not eating enough calorie or not eating frequently enough. Either one can lead to a slow down of your metabolism. Just promise yourself a good day today tomorrow is going to be another good one!

Did you take your measurements? Maybe you lost inches and gained muscle?

Hmm..lose it fast, gain it faster it seems. I am not going to give up of course, but it's so disheartening.

I just had a 4 pound gain this week, but when I saw that I knew what I was doing...too much meat! I had meat for lunch and breakfast the last several days. I know better than that for my body anyway. Yesterday I ate soy sausage, V8, low fat cottage cheese, raw cashews, had squash& asparagus stir fry, had 3 bites of grilled chicken...I'm right back to 121.5! One day of eating right for me and I'm right back down. Sometimes it doesn't take MUCH if its something that just happens to make your body gain. I'll take a look at your food journal this afternoon dear friend....and let's see if we can find something. I know you're doing all you can. Maybe its a bad food for you, maybe you're just where your weight should be. We'll see ok? Im thinking of ya and I'll email you as soon as I'm done working today (I have to head out right now). Love ya!

Thanks. I had some soup yesterday..it was brothj based, and reduced sodium but still had 580 mg per cup,and I had 2 servings.. plus I added taco seasoning. I noticed I have been having slightly more fat that usaul the last couple of day, but again, not drastically! I just drives me crazy wondering what I did wrong. I stayed right at 122 fo almost a week and then it bops right back up.

Remember that water gain is huge! Two days ago I weighed 145 and then today I weighed 141 again! I do want to say to the people who think that it might be muscle gain-on average a woman can only gain a pound per month! Just take your measurements because it could be that he haven't been having a lot of sodium and then yesterday you did and so you retained water! Just a guess, don't freak out though, weigh yourself again in a couple of days and go from there!

cant always go by the scales..how do the clothes fit..are them skinny jeans still fittin goood..

They fit but are tighter in the hips. :( I swear I feel bloated! But no matter what the reason, its depressing.
