Wow! Started dieting again with healthy foods, walking, eliminated all alcohol, and my resting heart rate dropped 30 points. My cardiologist will be super happy!

Thank you. I fell off the diet train after my car accident last July and gained a heap of weight. I am starting to walk again but my back and legs are very weak. Slowly I hope to gain my strength back and back to doing 10,000 steps. Right now I am lucky to do 3,000.

I have no place to walk around here so getting in 10000 steps is hard for me. I guess I can drive over to the mall. Wish you the best.
