Wow! All this week on a Fitbit work week challenge with co-workers I have walked between 14,000 and 18,000 steps per day. This is a big increase as I was mostly working at a desk and not really exercising and the fitbit had ma at 4,000 - 6,000 steps. Same diet, about 800 - 1100 calories that the dr wants me to do. I stepped on the scale and gained 4 pounds. What the heck! At least my heart rate is not going crazy like before but the weight gain is very disturbing.
