Day 56: Well I am tired but my friend and I still went to the gym to use the eliptical machine. We both decided we are going to start going to 20 minutes because we both have been doing a mile in 15 mins. So now we both need to step it up a lil bit. Plus my goal right now is to get to 290lbs before I have any more (high cal days). I would love to get there by saturday but dont know how possible that is but I sure will try buy me exercising my butt off.

Make sure you get enough rest also. I know your job makes it difficult, but it will aid in dropping those lbs. You can do it!

It's all a balancing act.. work, rest, exercise, being a mom... but I have faith that you can and will reach all your goals.

I agree, don't forget rest. Good job on stepping it up. It can help to have someone to workout with, so I am glad that you do.

It is a great feeling when you can bump up your workout! Me and the eliptical just can't along very well. I feel like I am constantly try to get my feet in the right place, maybe that is how it works? I havenever had any formal training. Something else you might want to try is the bike, I found it was a great way to get a workout in and not stress my sore muscles from the day before. My FS friends turned me onto that idea.

ROck on - any extra movement you do requires the right nutrition and rest. Maybe think of it as lifestyle change not diet...that way you will find things you know you can maintain over the long term.
