I have to use a scale. I quickly found out some are 1.3-1.5 of a serving. I would have been off by 140 calories per slice!

So, sodium to replace what you are sweating out, right? Also, just out of curiosity, do you like the taste of 2% milk? I found it funny that you went full on Krispy Kreme but accompanied it with 2% milk!

Do you think it's funny when people order diet Coke too? Cause I do that too. I like to keep drink calories to minimum. I used to drink skin so 2% is delish lol

It's ok to order a big meal and diet drink too, you are still saving calories haha I did that two weeks ago for the first time, it's why I have diet cokes at home now 😛😎

Nope, the diet soda thing does not seem as amusing. I wonder why? I think I might perceive milk as a food rather than a drink. I think I might be fundamentally opposed to low/nonfat dairy. It just never seems as satisfying. Good on you though!

Yeah I get 2% or skim because whenever it's in sugary cereal the milk doesn't make too much of a difference. Also it has a better protein to calorie ratio.

My parents always bought skim when I was a kid. I didn't really notice until I had cereal at a friend's house who had full fat milk. I still remember that bowl of Frosted Flakes. I gave my parents the stink eye for a while after that. I questioned their intelligence then. Now, I think they were pretty smart to keep the whole milk deliciousness away from their chubby kids. Since I eat vicariously through your diet, I questioned the Krispy Kreme pairing as if I was going to eat it! smh.
