Couldn't resist so I weighed this morning and...nothing, sigh. It's all good, I will not weigh again until next Monday but I swear to god I see physical changes so next week better show some results on the scale! I worked my butt off moving furniture and cleaning today and it's a 100 freaking degrees so that should help too! I also made a variation of the lemon cheesecake fat bombs that are TOO DIE FOR! 8oz. cream cheese, 1 stick softened butter, 1 tbsp. Splenda, 20 blueberries, 1/4 cup of walnuts and 3/4 cup melted coconut oil, mix with a blender until smooth and pour in to 12 muffin cups (if you butter the tin they come out easier when done) freeze overnight and they are like this amazing blueberry walnut cheesecake treat! SO YUM :)
