Okay! Yesterday was day one of back on track...did fairly well with the numbers but gotta learn to lose the snacks! I am planning on doing one meal a day during the work week while the hubby is fasting since I don't make him dinner anymore. I will do the protein shakes with him in the evenings. Also need to get back to recording my food here to keep myself accountable. I actually feel better physically already with only two days of back to eating healthy.

Happy New Year! So I have not posted or weighed since Thanksgiving so man was I scared to do this! Totally fell off Keto over the holidays and ate crap but "little bits" of crap to try not to gain a ton of weight, I was bad and scared so I am actually okay with just a 4 pound weight gain over the last two months. Tomorrow I am totally back on Keto and the exercise program and not going to cheat at all to reach my goal of 165 by the time we go to Jamaica the first week of May. It is totally reasonable since it is only 13 pounds and 4 whole months to do it! Go team Princess and Adef!

Adef’s favorite dessert is cheesecake so I made up this Keto recipe 😊 I hope he likes it! 3-Quest snickerdoodles cookies crushed up with a cube of melted butter for the crust and cream cheese, coconut oil, heavy cream and splenda for the filling

Well I haven't posted or weighed since before "Adef" and I went to New York because I knew I gained on our little mini trip and just didn't want to see it. Followed by a ridiculous stressful week at work that had me snacking on mixed nuts and throwing back a few cosmopolitan's. That being said I did finally weigh this morning and am exactly the same as pre New York (Pizza, Ice Cream, Cheescake, Candy). I will take that as a good thing since I have not been good the past three weeks. I would be depressed if I had gained which could lead to continued bad behavior so I am happy and now inspired to act right and get the weight loss moving again. Off to the gym with my boy :)

One last weigh in before the mini vacation for Birthday weekend, down 1 pound, yay! It will probably be a couple of weeks before I see that number again, oh well
