I love this app! I had such a bad food day, just completely pigged out and was so nervous to put in everything I ate but I kept it all low carb and even though I came in at 1950 calories I was still under my recommended 20g of carbs so I don't feel so bad. I love the changes I am seeing in my body and the way the diet makes me feel. I have been a little more cranky than usual but am sleeping better and feel like I am starting to have more energy and I am literally NEVER HUNGRY! I feel like finally I have found the diet that can be a life change and not make me miserable...YAY!

those calorie binges don't matter as much on the keto diet as long as your carbs stay under and you don't go sky high on protein. I sometimes will go crazy on an eating binge and it generally promotes a weight loss if most of it is from fat. I was way too low on calories for a while. It is nice not to be punished for eating!

Keto on! As you said, this is a WOE I can live with!
During weight loss, I found it helped to track my water (6 to 8 glasses per day) and walk 1 to 3 miles every day.
