Today ends my first week of the Keto diet. Even though it only ends with a two pound weight loss I am still very happy with my results. My body feels better and I can visually see a difference in my waistline area even with only two pounds lost. I have decided not to weigh myself daily anymore because it bugs me when there is no change. With fasting or the HCG diet I pretty much lose a pound at least every other day but I am eating a lot of food on this diet so it's different and I get that it will be slower so I'm okay with that. I am most happy with the change in my "bodily functions" I normally have chronic stomach issues every morning and that has completely gone away. I do feel like I might be getting a little bit of the Keto flu symptoms this morning as I feel kind of woozy.

glad you are overall feeling good on your results. the keto flu can be a bit challenging. I have been lower carb when I started this diet so I did not go through that. I am sure you know all about your mineral supplementation and salt. lots and lots of water!

oh I don't worry, just being supportive, I know you got that part down, just like she will keep you on track with the keto eating. or at least as much as you let her. LOL! great that the two of you can be so supportive of each other.
