Day 78 of my 90-day program went pretty good. I didn't eat OMAD this week and my weight is up again. Today I start my fast, not sure how long I will go, but with this weight gain I may have the motivation to do all 72 hrs. Feeling a bit bloated and blah with the rain.

I walked 5 miles yesterday and then rested the rest of the day at work. I hurt all over from cleaning and painting. So, sort of in a little slump but going to pull myself up. No binging! No Sugar or Carbs! Focus on my goals for health! One day at a time! One foot in front of the other! Food is not the boss of me.

You are so close to reaching a HUGE goal. Be happy for yourself! Stay YOUR course. I think the scale will not be friendly as it was when we were heavier. Remember that, when you and I were heavier? This was only weeks ago...

What's it going to be, brother?? I took my eye off the ball and put on 19# in 9 days. You trying to follow in my footsteps? You have busted your ass to make the commendable progress that you have, but you have hit the wall and bounced off it in the wrong direction. 18# from the finish line and your post is replete with "not sure" "didn't follow" "may have" "feeling blah" and etc. Let's go! #getserious #midset #stillgrindtime

Thanks everyone, yes, it's time to do better. The week started off really good, then don't know what happened. Hoping this fast will straighten me out, I really need it.
